Giving Back to the Community
The recent wildfires in Los Angeles have caused devastating damage, impacting countless communities. The scale of the destruction and the stories of resilience emerging from this tragedy are deeply moving.
Pasadena holds a special place in the history of Poxy Clinical. Before founding the company, Susan Vong, our Founder and President, grew up in the Pasadena area, with strong ties to the close-knit communities of Altadena, Sierra Madre, and the vibrant businesses below Eaton Canyon. These communities helped shape her vision for the future and remain a vital part of our company’s story.
In response to the devastation caused by the conflagration, Poxy Clinical has made a $10,000 donation to the Pasadena Educational Foundation Eaton Response Fund. This fund is dedicated to supporting programs that strengthen public schools in Pasadena, Altadena, and Sierra Madre—communities that have been significantly impacted by this disaster.
At Poxy Clinical, we believe that investing in education and the future of our youth is one of the most meaningful ways to help these communities rebuild and thrive.
“Our hearts are with everyone affected by the LA fires. Pasadena and its neighboring areas have given me so much throughout my life, and this donation is just a small way we can give back. Supporting the next generation and their dreams is one of the most impactful ways to create hope and rebuild for the future.”
– Susan Vong, President Poxy Clinical
The resilience and determination shown by those affected inspire us all. Individuals and families facing unimaginable challenges have responded with incredible strength, reminding us of the power of community in times of need.
Together, we can contribute to rebuilding and restoring hope to these communities. Poxy Clinical encourages others to join in supporting these recovery efforts. Donations can be made to the PEF Eaton Response Fund here.
